Over the last few days the National Weather Service has predicted abnormally hot temperatures and has issued heat warnings. 

And it's been cooler than normal. I just mowed my lawn at 2 pm in the full sun and needed no water. 86 degrees F outside right now (2:20 pm). Not hot. 

So why did they do it? Headlines. Yesterday they bragged about how 70% of the US was under a heat warning, as if to prove that global warming was real. But it's not overly hot. It's a few degrees below average this week.

So like the journalists before them, they sold their honesty for headlines, for clicks, and invalidated everything they do. Together they are so addicted to clicks that the switched to fiction.
